its never the same thing…whenever i try to do that..i always over eat..

well its hard to tell..cuz you could be losing muscle. and gaining fat..(but still losing some) or so ive heard..yea. but the bigger you are. the more you have to lose for it to be noticeable.
New plan: get to maybe between 140 - 135lbs by the end of february 2011.
