its never the same thing…whenever i try to do that..i always over eat..

but healthy food…(but i cant always eat healthy food…..)

Lately i havent been cuz ive been busy..but I want to try to everyday.

well its hard to tell..cuz you could be losing muscle. and gaining fat..(but still losing some) or so ive heard..yea. but the bigger you are. the more you have to lose for it to be noticeable.

My original plan isn’t exactly working out.

Some Goals

✔= did it. this = failed it.

Need to lose about 60 lbs in about 130 Days…Maybe I can do it before. Ive already lost about 40 lbs c:

  • Get to 165 lbs or less by Dec. 1st ✔ 
  • Get to 150 lbs or less by Jan. 1st
  • Get to 135 lbs or less by Feb. 1st
  • Get to 120 lbs or less by Mar. 1st
  • Get to 110 lbs by Apr. 1st
  • Dont gain weight back
  • May or June start tanning
  • Gain Confidence

  • I will try to only eat when im hungry
  • I will try to eat very small amounts
  • I will fast when im able to
  • I will eat as little as possible on Thanksgiving (I eat less on holidays anyways..)
  • I will chew gum, smoke, or drink water when hungry.
